Microsoft Outlook 2007

This course covers the more advanced features of MS Outlook. Students will learn how to sort, filter, and group items, use and create Outlook templates and forms, as well as sharing information by using public folders and Net Folders. Students will also learn how to share contacts, automatically record activities in the Journal, and customise the Outlook environment.

Who Should Attend: 

This course is intended for people who wish to learn the more advanced features of Outlook. Students should have completed Outlook Level 1 course or have equivalent knowledge prior to completing this course.

Course Pre-requisites: 

Working knowledge of MS Outlook 2007.
