Learning Lab has an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team. You will need to have experience in the RTO industry with AQTF and compliance exposure.
Learning Lab is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with more than 20 years experience in delivering quality training and development solutions. We specialise in a range of nationally recognised courses and professional development strategies including, IT, OH&S, Training and Assessment, Community Services, Telecommunications, Customer Service, Public Safety, Leadership and Personal Development, Project Management, Business Operations and Business Management. We deliver accredited training in both the class room and workplace environment.
The Administration and Compliance Manager will be required to coordinate quality training programs, monitor and ensure full compliance with AQTF standards, liaise with trainers, undertake administrative duties, and have some finance and leadership skills.
To be considered for the role you must be clearly able to demonstrate
- In depth knowledge and understanding of RTO compliance with a strong focus on systems and processes
- The ability to effectively manage internal and external RTO compliance in a busy environment, ensuring that training and assessment is conducted in accordance with business requirements and AQTF Standards
- The ability to develop and implement strategies in the areas of continuous improvement and compliance
- Significant auditing experience within a training environment
- Experience in the administration of government funded training programs with effective management of company resources
- The capacity to proactively extend to Scope of Registration
- A broad understanding of training packages, development of competencies and the ability to develop and use training and assessment resources to achieve outcomes
- The ability to deal with various tasks
- A willingness to take on new challenges
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation
Essential:
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAA04)
- Advanced MS office skills
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will have excellent people skills, an understanding of compliance and a commercial focus.
