CHC20102 Certificate II in Community Services Support Work
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who work in residential facilities and/or in the community under direct or regular supervision within clearly defined organisational guidelines and service plans. They provide ancillary services such as catering, cleaning, laundry, gardening and home maintenance. And report directly to a supervisor and are not responsible for others.
CHC30102 Certificate III in Aged Care Work

CHC30202 Certificate III in Home and Community Care
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who work in the community under regular supervision within clearly defined organisational guidelines and service plans. They carry out activities related to the maintenance of an individual’s personal care and/or other activities of living and report directly to a supervisor and are not responsible for others.
Individuals at this level are required to have an understanding of Indigenous culture and history and to work with local communities in the provision of services.
CHC30502 Certificate III in Employment Services
This qualification is part of the Community Services Training Package. It covers workers who provide a range of services to client and employers aimed at locating, securing and maintaining suitable employment for clients. Workers at this level are required to have an understanding of Indigenous culture and history and to work with local communities in the provision of services.
CHC40502 Certificate IV in Employment Services
This qualification is part of the Community Services Training Package and covers workers who provide a range of services to clients and employers aimed at locating, securing and maintaining suitable employment for clients. The workers may have limited supervisory responsibilities. Workers at this level are required to have an understanding of Indigenous culture and history and to work with local communities in the provision of services.
CHC50402 Diploma of Employment Services
This qualification covers workers who have a senior case management role in delivering employment services to clients and employers. These workers may also supervise other workers. Workers who have responsibility for the management of a work group engaged in providing employment services to clients and employers should access CHC51602 Diploma of Community Services Management or qualifications from the Business Services Training Package.
